Cancellation Policy
The current booking flow uses a 24-hour cancellation window. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your start time receive a full refund to the original card.
Single sessions & packs
- - Full refund to your card for cancellations more than 24 hours before start time (allow a few business days).
- - Cancellations within 24 hours of start time are a late cancellation and receive 50% as account credit.
- - Pack credits are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable but transferable to another person once.
Memberships
- - Weekly recurring billing, charged on your signup date.
- - Cancel with 8 weeks written notice (admin approval required).
- - Maximum 1-month pause per year.
- - Unused sessions do not roll over.
