##Surge Bath House Membership Rules & Terms

These rules apply to all memberships at Surge Bath House (Dee Why Beach). By purchasing or renewing a membership, you agree to these terms, our general house rules, and any updates we may make.

##Memberships

-Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (Weekly) and grant the specific entitlements described on our current pricing page.

-Pricing, inclusions, and benefits are subject to change.

-Memberships are valid only for the named member and provide access during operating hours, subject to availability and any session booking requirements.

-All members must have a valid account and complete any required onboarding (waiver, health questionaire etc.) before first use.

##Fair Use & Usage Rules

-Memberships are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, lend, or sell your membership access, credits, or benefits to others.

-Guest discounts or guest passes apply only when the member is attending with the member.

-Members must book sessions in advance where required. No-shows or late cancellations may incur fees or affect your membership standing.

-We reserve the right to implement fair-use limits (e.g., maximum sessions per period) if usage patterns suggest abuse of the membership system.

-Members agree to respect the facility, other guests, and staff. Disruptive behaviour, failure to follow hygiene/safety protocols, or repeated rule violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.

##Pausing & Cancelling

-You can pause or cancel your membership at any time via your online account or by contacting reception.

-Cancellations require a minimum 8-week notice period. Your membership will remain active and billed during this notice period.

-Pauses may be available for a limited time (subject to plan) and must be requested in advance. During a pause, no benefits apply and billing is suspended.

-Refunds are generally not provided for partial months or unused sessions
