Surge Bath House – Guest Rules & Code of Conduct

By completing your booking, you agree to the following conditions of entry and use.

1. Respect the Space

Surge is designed as a calm, shared recovery environment. Keep noise low, avoid disruptive behaviour, and be mindful of others’ experience at all times.

2. Hygiene is Non-Negotiable

You must shower before entering and between all facilities (hot pool, cold plunge, saunas).

Do not enter if you are unwell, have open wounds, or may contaminate the water.

3. Move With Intent

This is a shared facility. Rotate between stations and avoid prolonged occupancy that restricts access for others.

4. Appropriate Attire Required

Approved swimwear must be worn at all times.

No underwear, nudity, or inappropriate clothing.

Towels must be used in all sauna areas.

5. No Shoes in Wet Areas

Footwear is not permitted beyond designated zones. This is for both hygiene and safety.

6. Zero Tolerance Conduct Policy

Aggressive, inappropriate, sexual, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal and possible membership suspension or cancellation without refund.

7. No Substances or Unsafe Use

No alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping on premises.

Do not use facilities under the influence.

8. Device & Privacy Rules

No phone calls in shared areas.

No photos or videos of other guests without clear consent.

Breaches will result in removal.

9. Use Facilities at Your Own Risk

Exposure to heat and cold carries inherent risk. You are responsible for managing your own limits, hydration, and health suitability.

10. Follow All Posted Instructions

Time limits, safety signage, and staff/app instructions must be followed at all times.

11. Access & Security

Do not allow entry to others using your access credentials.

All activity is monitored for safety and compliance.
